President’s Report • BHOA Goal • To make Berkeley an safe, enjoyable neighborhood that is aesthetically pleasing according to the covenants signed to by all neighbors. • To ensure that the association board is approachable, fair, and reasonable. • Provide services and benefits to neighbors to improve neighbor relations.

  17. Sir Walker Lane Speed/Parking Issues • Town of Cary to do a traffic study in mid-September. • ToC engineers say the road was designed for parking. • Currently there are no covenants/ restrictions related to parking on the road

  18. New Business • Initiative Process • New covenants require 2/3 approval of homeowners to install (total of 56) • Enforcement Issues • Do we want/need a management company for covenant enforcement?
