Some colleges have a Feb. 15th deadline; check with your college. Financial Aid Night 2013 North High School Scholarship Info SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION – Bi-weekly scholarship bulletin posted on My Big Campus and a copy given to senior homeroom teachers, posted in counseling office, & on the North website. This includes ALL scholarships that we know about. Other information can be obtained online, through parent or student workplace, etc. TO OBTAIN AN APPLICATION – Students request through the College/Career Room and/or visit the scholarship website, if provided. SCHOLARSHIPS DESIGNATED FOR NORTH STUDENTS – Top 25% will have this information and application for most of these scholarships handed to them in February. Some will require the student to request an application. LOCAL SCHOLARSHIPS – Many more in the Spring, watch the bulletin. WATCH THE MAIL – More specific information will be arriving from the colleges, including forms for the financial package, housing, etc., which will include deadlines. CLASS DAY – May 21st, 7:50 a.m. We recognize all scholarships accepted, if proof of the offer is provided. Please provide proof as offers come in. We can make copies. We must report ALL offers, but will only recognize those that will be accepted. HANDOUTS - Pamphlets/brochures with helpful tips, guidelines.
