  • Plan to lease/purchase property (lease rate/purchase price)

  • Lease/purchase price in financial plan

    If a facility location is not determined:

  • Zip Codes/Attendance Zones of public schools

  • Description of type/size of property being sought

  • Professional confirmation of site selection/budget in financial plan

Follow six requirements cannot be waived by a charter school:

  • Site approval

  • Certificate of occupancy

  • Architectural plan submittal and review

  • Building construction codes

  • Public Works Construction Act

  • Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA)
