Bound in no larger than a 1” three-ring binder Page Limits • Cover Letter – 2 pages maximum • Part 2, Tab H Proposed Approach and Methodology – 6 pages maximum

Solicitation Schedule • Deadline for Inquiries November 25, 2013 5:00 p.m. • Deadline for Proposals December 6, 2013, 2:30 p.m. • 20-30* day period for evaluation – January 2014 • Oral Presentations – To be determined • Approval & Posting – February 2014* • Contract Execution * May change depending on number of proposals received.
