Les objectifs de la thèse sont : • Caractérisation des communautés bactériennes impliquées dans la dégradation des HAP à l’échelle de : - la communauté bactérienne totale, - le genre bactérien Pseudomonas, - les gènes fonctionnels codant les enzymes de dégradation des HAP, les dioxygènases. • Identification et quantification des biosurfactants produits par les bactéries en présence ou non de HAP. E. coli PCR UMR CNRS 6143 « Morphodynamique continentale et côtière » Maïté NIEPCERON Interactions entre la diversité microbienne et la contamination diffuse aux HAP (Hydrocarbures Aromatiques Polycycliques) dans les sols agricoles contrastés.
