  2. PLAN NACIONAL DE DESARROLLO 2007-2012 ¿CUÁLES SON LAS ESTRATEGIAS,PROPOSITOS Y ACCIONES ORIENTADAS AL USO DE LAS TIC?

ESTRATEGIAS • Fortalecer el uso de nuevas tecnologías en el proceso de enseñanza y el desarrollo de habilidades en el uso de las TIC desde el nivel de educación básica. • Impulsar la capacitación de los maestros en el acceso y uso de nuevas tecnologías y materiales digitales. • Apoyar el desarrollo de la conectividad en las escuelas, bibliotecas y hogares. • Transformar el modelo de telesecundaria vigente, incorporando nuevas tecnologías y promoviendo un esquema interactivo.

  4. PROPOSITOS • Impulsar el desarrollo y la utilización de nuevas tecnologías en el sistema educativo para apoyar la inserción de los estudiantes en la sociedad del conocimiento y ampliar sus capacidades para la vida.

  5. ACCIONES ORIENTADAS • Promover la participación de las entidades federativas y los municipios para realizar acciones de mejoramiento y ampliación de la infraestructura física educativa pública, en suma, • Fortalecer la infraestructura escolar (la conectividad y el equipamiento de las TIC); mejorar la formación y la capacitación docente (alfabetización digital); • Impulsar el uso de materiales digitales; apoyar el desarrollo de conectividad en escuelas, bibliotecas y transformar la Telesecundaria vigente.

  6. NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS A QUE RESPONDE ESTE PLAN Plan Nacional de Desarrollo atiende a dos retos prioritarios responder a: • La oferta educativa de calidad ante la creciente fragmentación demográfica y la diversidad cultural del país. • El ataque al rezago educativo que expresa la desigualdad social. Así, ofrece igualdad de oportunidades
