  2. 项目目标 建立一套公众参与环境决策过程的新机制 挖掘嘉兴模式的价值、特征和该模式应用于浙江省 其他城市及扩展到中国更广大地域的可能性 时间：2012年9月-2014年9月 、 2

  3. 我们将组织以下活动 公众论坛 媒体宣传 培训、互访、 讲座 研究活动 项目活动 参与对象：地方政府、非政府组织、研究机构、教育机构、社区组织，和其他特殊人群，包括学生、青年和妇女。

  4. 2 1 模式复制 政策建议 预期效果 将嘉兴模式分析研究报告和政策建议提交给浙江省政府，力求将嘉兴模式的理念融入到地方政府的政策表述中 在浙江省的部分市复制嘉兴模式的良好实 践，从而为公众影响环境决策程序建立新的机制渠道

  5. 3 4 媒体报道 影响力提升 预期效果 利用大众媒体播出环境节目报道嘉兴模式，共计广播电台200小时，4个系列的电视节目，在报纸杂志上刊载超过20篇的文章 组织关于嘉兴模式的环保国际会议，并使之在国内具有相当影响力
