  5. Students:Don’t forget to turn in your Semester Exam Check Out Permission Form. It’s due in the front office by Dec. 7.

  6. The payphone is the only phone available for student use. If you are sick and need to go home you must go to the Attendance Office.

  7. Certificates of Attendance for a Drivers License need to be requested 24 hours in advance in the front office

  30. CONDITIONING FOR SOCCER IS CANCELED FOR TODAY. GIRLS CONDITIONING WILL BE HELD TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURDAY THIS WEEK AT THE USUAL TIME.
