  3. Timmy's Bio • Freshman • Mechanical Engineering • Learned basic programming skills • This course will have an impact on how involved my career will be in robotics • I plan on graduating college • I then plan on getting a well paid job • Words of Wisdom: save your code on a flash drive

  4. Troy's Bio Freshman Accounting Major I learned not to be an electrical engineer Class Planning on completing the 3-5 program for a Masters/Bachelors After college, I plan on getting a job (preferably out of Florida) Words of Wisdom: Don’t skip classes.

Sarah's Bio • Freshman • Biological Engineering (previously Chem-E) • Using nature (and the human body) as a model • Learned basic programming through trial and error • This class deepened my respect for the programmers on my high school robotics team (as well as programmers in general) • I've got a lot to learn

  6. Sarah’s Bio (cont.) • Hoping to be more involved in FLEG, CRU, and EWB before graduating • Planning on dedicating at least part of my life to engineering missions • Summer internship in Panama • Words of Wisdom: “Be fearful of mediocrity.” –Jonathan Ellery

  7. Robot Story • When Sexy walks into the room, this is what he sees... • A light flashes and gets him moving • ....except he's super wasted and starts making out with the wall (Seriously though, we had some major last minute technical difficulties...)

  8. Team Conclusions • Robots are cool • Happy wife, happy life.(Dr. Arroyo’s advice) • In programming, format is everything • Trying to overcome formatting difficulties by using Microsoft Word is not the best idea • Greater respect for programmers • SAVE EVERYTHING!!!1one!eleven!!!
