  3. Newark, NJ Newark, New Jersey is the largest city in New Jersey and is the second most diverse city in New Jersey. It consist of five wards North, South, Central, East and West. Each of the different wards has their own high school. It also consist of many Catholic and Christian schools for parents that are looking for a different type of education. It is the most flourishing cities in New Jersey and is still growing. Since the year of 2002 they have been rebuilding their downtown and pier area. They have built the Prudential center which houses the New Jersey Devils and the Seton Hall basketball team. Terrance Osborne

  4. Boys and Girls Club The Boys & Girls Club is all over the city of Newark. Its is in all of the five wards and has many business partners. Such as Prudential bank, New Jersey Nets, Allstate and United Way. The Boys & Girls club would be a great investment for any business person and/or family. Terrance Osborne

  5. Newark Penn Station also known as Pennsylvania Station is located in Downtown Newark. It serves as the cities travel “hub.” At Newark Penn station trains, buses and light rail systems bring in many people from many parts of New jersey, New York and across the world. Terrance Osborne

  6. NJPAC The Newark Performing Arts Center opened in 1997. When it opened it got great reviews in the New York Times. It holds 3 theaters, Prudential hall (a 2,750 seat hall with orchestra seating) Victoria hall ( a 514 seat theater) and The Chase Room (home to the NJPAC cabaret performances). The NJPAC has attracted more than 5 million people in the first five years of existence. The NJPAC has a lot of room to expand and improve and would be a great investment for any business person.   9. The Meadowlands' The Meadowlands’ are located in East Rutherford, NJ which is 15 minutes away from Newark. The Meadowlands’ hold Giants Stadium; where the New York Giants and Jets play. It also houses Continental Air Lines arena where the New Jersey Nets play. This is a good place to go see a game outside of the city. It’s a good place to host business partners in the VIP boxes or just to take your kids out to a game on a Sunday. Terrance Osborne
