  5. RESULTS AND OUTCOMES -1 1. Defining final tools needs to create and formalised a Training Programme in Food&Drink Quality control and safety, in order to define common criteria to test around Europe 2. Report from results of analysis existing systems for training in Quality control and food safety in partner countries 3. Report about identified competencies at European Level concerning the training of persons associated with the operational processes of monitoring, control and management of good practices systems,safety and quality of production. 4. Defining the training modules based on the revised amended standards oriented to learning outcomes

  6. RESULTS AND OUTCOMES– 2 5. Developing two sample modules to acquire of the Qualification. These two sample modules will be determined among the partners based on European and common interest and the results of the two previously reports 6. Organising a European Seminar among partners, silent partners and professional training of the VETsystem to valorise the training modules and to disseminate and reflect about the new competences and skills 7. Reports-Conclusions Document from technical seminar held with VET professional to analyse and valorise the training modules drafted 8. ICT platform to share training documents, methodological guidelines for the VET professionals

Distribution of tasks between participating institutions NAVET- management and coordination of the project + defining methodology project and main needs to solve +organising a European Seminar Intercoop Foundation- collect the agrarian and producers´ training needs regarding the quality and safety of food and drinks working close to Agronomist Association of Kavala and the Agriculture Chamber of Mersin + Dissemination project

Distribution of tasks between participating institutions Károly Róbert University College - collect high and VET Training needs related with the project objective + set the technical basis from the training point of view in order to define the training modules which the project likes to reach. Association Nationales des Industries Alimentaire - collect the special needs from food and drink industries and inform thetechnical partners in order to incorporate this data to the final project results + Dissemination project among food and drink industrial sector

Distribution of tasks between participating institutions University “Vasile Alecsandri” of Bacău- cooperation with Hungarian partner and leader project collecting the rest of partner contributions + collection of high and VET training needs + Dissemination project among trainees and local professionals Agriculture Chamber of Mersin -collect the agrarian needs close to Fundacion Intercoop + Needs of the third countries + Dissemination . Agronomists Association of Kavala - collect the producer needs and join them with the training needs related with the project main objective

  13. Cooperation and Communication Regular communication between partners: • Information system based on email sending; • Regular conference phone, Skype, • Using the social networkto sharing of information among the partners • Partners will be elaborateddetailedcommunication plan

EST (European Shared Treasure) Beneficiaries must provide information for the project’s developments and results in EST (European Shared Treasure) databases in compliance with the instructions given by the NA. The NA final approval of the project report will depend on the uploaded information by the beneficiary within the EST

  15. EVALUATION An effective evaluation strategy should not only look at theoutcomesbut also the processes that lead up to delivery of the outcomes, such as communication between partners, clarity of direction by the co-ordinator and equality of contribution to the tasks and discussions

  16. Evaluation Strategy The evaluation will refer to four level assessment: 1. Conformity and consistency against work programme 2. Quality of project Products/Deliverables - assessment of the outputs and outcomes using quantitative indicators as well as qualitative ones 3. Operative results and internal management; project management, finance management, product quality, process effectiveness 4. Aims accomplishment , added value and impact

Evaluation Strategy Evaluation Methodology - Compilation of objective data drawn from materials and products generated: physical parameters which define its nature,targeted public, dissemination, language, methodology, number of copies, distribution lists... - Evaluative analysis of subjective elements drawb from products and working processes. This shall be obtained by means of interviews and/or questionnaires addressed to partners as well as differnte targeted end-users and involved actors.

  18. Evaluation Strategy –Quality Assurance The appropriateness and clarity of the objectives - The initial objectives are agreed by the partnership - Changes to the objectives are agreed by all the project partners - Additional objectives are agreed by all the project partners

Evaluating Our Partnership Meetings • Did each partner contribute to the discussions • Is there mutual understanding of the objectives • Were all the partner organisations represented • Was the meeting content related to the aims and objectives • Was there a relevant mixture of activities/workshops etc ?

DISSEMINATING OUR PROJECT DISSEMINATION – KEY FEATURES What to disseminate, including the types and levels ofactivity to be undertaken as part of the dissemination plan; When to disseminate,in order to ensure that the timing of activities is appropriate; To whom – the audience/ target group for dissemination; How to disseminate, including setting a dissemination budget with the appropriate resources (such as personnel and materials).

AIMS OF DISSEMINATION STRATEGY Create awareness or build loyalty; Encourage trial or involvement in the project; Change opinions and attitudes; Attract additional funding; Aid mainstreaming and achieve sustainability for your project; Ensure that your project’s methods, lessons and good practice have an impact on policy or practice by getting key messages across to others; Market products for social or commercial aims (this can enable your project to be sustainable after Leonardo funding finishes).

Project Dissemination activities Transversal dissemination action-International meetings: 1st -Initial Seminar (BG) about the Quality and Safety Food and Drink in European Training Programmers(Starting point) 2nd- European workshop (ES) about training needs, tools - State of the art revision 3rd- European meeting (TK) about EU competencies 4th- Transnational and technical meeting (FR) to training modules analysis 5th- International Seminar (RO) to exchanges experiences around the two sample and experimental training modules. Processing data results 6th- European Seminar (HU) to valorize the training modules drawn in order to define a final model project - Presentation of Final Document of Results: Basis of Quality Food&Drink European Training Plan.

Project Dissemination activities EST (European Shared Treasure) Dissemination tasks in local, regional or national level - Local conference with the entities and institutions with public or private responsibility on the VET and Training Programmes management and silent partners - Publish the documents’ project in the partners website. - ICT platform to share training documents, methodological guidelines for the VET professionals

Planning of Next Meeting(Spain, 15 – 31 January 2012) Country -Spain Approx. start date15/ Jan./2012 European workshop among partners, silent partners andnational invited about training needs, tools - State of the art revision RESULT- Defining final tools needs to create and formalised a Training Programme in Food&Drink Quality control and safety, in order to define common criteria to test around Europe in the coming years.

Breach of the work plan/timetable Prevention: Strict monitoring and control of the work plan Corrective measuresInitiation and direction of the workflow by the Steering Committee at their regular meetings and conference calls. Permanent coordination of the activities using enhanced online communication solution. Using time reserves in subsequent activities in order to catch up on the plan, allocation of more human resources, overtime work.

  31. Risk Management Risk 2. Breach of the budget Prevention: Making contracts that do not allow additional annexes for increasing the budget, including defaults. Limiting of the scope of sub-contracting. Strict monitoring and control of the work plan implementation.

  32. Risk Management Risk 3. Breach of the scope Prevention: Putting strict limits of the work and abide by the limits. Two-level management structure reviewing and approving the activities of WP leaders.

  33. Risk Management Risk 4. Bad quality Prevention: applying process for quality management - planning, securing and control of the quality, including defaults clauses in contracts for bad quality. Regular meetings calls for discussion of project deliverables in the framework of the management structure.

Bad event management Preventive measure:applying process for timely organisation and quality fulfilment of the events (i.e. schedule for communication with partners/stakeholders, notifications notifications, conformation for participation, appointment of presentations and moderators, technical arrangements, travel, accommodation, etc.). Applying enhanced internet communication and collaboration tools.
