Our main concentration in the area will be to create sustainable IMPACT with Active Citizenship Projects: •to expand the IMPACT by increasing local communities where we actively run projects •to deepen the IMPACT with creating Active Citizenship Projects that are relevant with local community needs We will be working to provide development opportunities to empower young people. And our long term target will be the global network of active citizens in Area Europe. In period of 2014, we will work hard to Unite Europe to Impact!

  13. 2014 Terms of ReferenceSpecial Recognition Program Committee Member The Special Recognition Program Committee Member will enter no agreement, pledge nor make any formal statement or any binding agreement without prior approval of the JCI President or JCI Secretary General. The Committee Member will adhere to the JCI Constitution and Policy Manual. The Special Recognition Program Committee Member, appointed by the President, is required to act on JCI's behalf under the guidance and approval of the President or the Secretary General, and is guided by the following Terms of Reference: 1. Promote Special Recognition via social media and direct contact with National Presidents. 2. Evaluate project entries and select three winners per Area for each Impact Month. 3. Review submissions for Local Organization recognitions. 4. Send letter and certificate of recognition to Impact Month winners and Local Organizations recognition winners. 5. Provide periodic reports as required by the following schedule: • January 15: Implementation Plan • May 31: Midyear Progress Report • September 30: World Congress Final Report NOTE: The position of Special Recognition Program Committee Member does not carry a formal budget, however, a request for funding for specific projects may be submitted. Such is not to be taken for granted, and will depend on the availability of funds.
