3. Hangar Summary Market Value: $255k Mortgage: $151k FPA Equity: $104k ($ 82k contributed by members!) Note: $82k = $33k cash + $49k estimated in other contributions

Hangar Milestones • April 2012 – FPA BoD commissioned hanger research • May 2012 – Airport commission agreed to hold land • June 2012 - FPA approved plan to build a hanger (Southbridge primary target, donation funded) • July 2012 – Hanger fund raising began • Oct 2012 – FPA approved first $5k spending • Feb 2013 – Commission agreed to a long term lease & use of Gale Assoc Docs, for FAA approval • March 2013 – BoD accepted Building Commission recommendations on the hanger as a new steel building • March 2013 – FPA voted to build a new steel hangar with a mortgage • May 2014 – Airport lease was signed by the City • Dec 2014 – Ground breaking • July 2015 – Foundation was poured • March 2016 – Occupancy permit was acquired

The Dedication1 of 3 This Aviation Center is dedicated to the men and women of the FPA/EAA Chapter 1454 who demonstrated such extraordinary vision and efforts to make this building a reality.  The Aviation Center will serve us well in the fulfillment of our mission by providing a gathering place where like-minded aviation enthusiasts can gather to learn, fly, be inspired, and serve our greater community.
