NC University: Day 2 • Share your biggest take away from yesterday. • Go over Clean up duties & Sanitation – especially kitchen and 3 Bay Sink – how often to change water. • As they will be responsible to wash the blender containers after they finish making their smoothie. • Wash hands after you shake someone’s hand, hug or touch anyone or yourself, visits to bathroom etc. • Wear glove on one hand • Always keep your area clean • Toilet during the day • Night time clean up etc.

  11. NC University: Day 2 • Time to Make & Consume Aloe, Tea, & Smoothie under Supervision– Observe while waiting your turn. • Remember when making the HOT shakes – NO PUDDING MIX. Water temp cannot be over 170 degrees F. • Assign Students to experienced operators. • Make sure to pour out a sample cup for Trainer/Professor to taste your finished Smoothie and show finished product with Dome lid on.

  19. Daily Objective Success Formula: 1. Do 50-100 Invites a day = 2-3 new Member every day for 90 days, goal 1 Wellness Profile a day 2. Accumulate 15-20 Paid Daily Members after 90 days 3. 2500 VP per month

  21. Terminology Prospect- a potential person who has not yet visited the NC Guest- a person who come to the NC for the first time. Member- a person who has already come to the NC and received a free Smoothie. Membership Card- records daily visits to NC

  22. Terminology Customer- A member who has purchased products once or occasionally Consumer- A member who continually uses the products daily, weekly and monthly VIP Customer- A member who has become and Herbalife distributor mainly for the discount

Terminology Intern- a distributor studying to become an NC Operator or NC Owner (no cost) Operator- A distributor working in the NC (pays rent to work in NC) Club Owner- One who is financially responsible for the function and maintenance of the NC (Owner can often also be referredto as Operator)

  24. “Interns” These are Distributors who are visiting as “students” and their goals is to become an Operator or Club Owner

  32. Intern Rules • Follow all NC Rules • Respect ALL Operators & Guests • (It is a privalege to be an Intern) • Share your story ONLY when asked • Learn & do everything in the NC • Participate in all NC meetings • Stick to your schedule • Ask questions to your upline • Never complain or grumble

  33. Intern Invite & Customer Rules • Intern may invite prospects only • after practiced invitation and passed • All prospects that the Intern invites • become members of the NC • 3. All COI that Intern conducts • Wellness Profile for becomes Intern’s • Customers. • 4. All COI that Intern sponsors to become • Distributors belong to Intern

All Members that Intern conducts Wellness Profile for alternates to first become Customer of Intern’s then next Mentor’s 8. All Members that Intern sponsors to become Distributors alternates first to belong to Intern then next to Mentor’s

  36. Intern Invite & Customer Rules 9. Intern must match schedule of Sponsor or Mentor working in NC. 10. Interns will shadow in the NC, In Services, WLC, Wellness Profiles, all activites… 11. Intern’s must help in NC in all duties including washing, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, wiping, dusting & trash.

  37. Intern Invite & Customer Rules 12. Intern’s may use Free Smoothie invitation of their mentor or sponsor to invite prospects into the Club. (Write name on back) 13. Distributors that are not intern’s or Operators may NOT use the Free Smoothie Invitation to invite prospects. This privilege is reserved for Operators or Interns. 14. Distributors may use a different type of Invitation. (ie Free Wellness Profile)

  38. Requirements To Be An Operator

  39. Requirements to be an Operator Operators: Must have completed Intership. Work their shifts at the Club

  40. Requirements to be an Operator Minimum 90 day commitment, Intention to open own NC

  41. Requirements to be an Operator Must have own products for Memberships

  42. Requirements to be an Operator Must Attend ALL Trainings

  43. Requirements to be an Operator Have your 30 second testimony ready

  44. Requirements to be an Operator Pay rent and fees on time

  45. Requirements to be an Operator Rent is per person working in a Station not per Distributorship
