This is a paragraph with a bunch of citations in it. All of the authors of the sources back up the general point that I am making. Some experts say that meat is great, claiming that a high protein, low carbohydrate diet is the way to go. These researchers have performed limited clinical studies that appear to support their claims (Atkins, 1999; Booth, 1972; Zilch, 1953).
