  7. Teaching philosophy • I believe in the truth and teaching from the truth. I teach from a Christ worldview. • In my classroom, the students, you are my number one priority. You are important. You are free to ask questions. You may interrupt me at any time to ask for clarification and understanding., and to ask me to slow down. I tend to talk fast. • My expectations are that you (1) enjoy this class , (2) show consideration and respect to others, (3) be courteous at all times , and (4) keep an open mind . • You are free to leave the classroom without permission if you need to be excused. Please be quiet when you do so and return quietly to your seats. • Class attendance is of great importance to me. It shows respect for me as your teacher, your parents who work hard to provide for your education, your fellow classmates, who many will be friends for life and most of all yourself. Please let me know if you know you will not make it to class, by texting or sending a we chat or email.
