NAPPS Preventive Maintenance Program Goals and Objectives The Comfortable Choice In East Texas Since 1957 • Maintain all HVAC/R equipment at peak physical and operational condition to: • Minimize unexpected and lengthy down time • Keep equipment operating at highest potential efficiency • Identify service and maintenance issues in advance of failure • Identify equipment replacement needs for reliability and/or economic reasons • Measure and log HVAC/R equipment operating conditions
