The customer avails this opportunity and buys a mobile phone in exchange for an old phone and concludes a successful purchase transaction on Tradus online by paying the exchange price.
  5. Problem Statement and Proposed Solution Problem Statement The online purchase transaction with the exchange offer on mobile phones needs to be followed by the end to end swap function. A physical location is required to be able to facilitate the swapping process smoothly ensuring a successful conclusion to the whole transaction, leading to a high level of customer satisfaction Proposed Solution On successful completion of the exchange transaction online, information regarding the location of the delivery center is displayed to the customer along with the time to deliver ServePro is simultaneously informed about the occurrence of the online exchange transaction ServePro takes the responsibility to collect the new mobile from the seller and distribute the device to the designated field delivery location. The customer is duly informed when the mobile arrives at the delivery location The customer visits the delivery location to swap the old mobile with the new one. The ServePro technician helps the customer with the setup and data transfer from the old phone to the new one ServePro warehouse will then collect the old device and proceed to send it for e-waste processing ServePro contact center will make a closed loop feedback call to the customer.
