  5. What dreams mean…. • Listening, doing, communicating • Integrating tenants and owners • Secure our destiny • Maintenance deposit • Implementing rules • Framework for future • Proactive leadership

  6. Conflicts? • Plenty! • Driving above 30 kmph • Residents not clearing dog poop • Cars being hosed every morning • Loud Diwali crackers, music, drums, ….. • Apart from above, no other!
