  2. Who is the player? The player I chose is Luis Lionel Andres Messi. He was born in Rosario, Argentina on June 24, 1987. He is the best football player known today.
  3. What club/team or country does he play for? The club he plays for is FC Barcelona and his national team is Argentina.
  4. What is the player’s background? Messi’s father coached him; he realized that his son started kicking the ball in a very young age so he decided to teach him how to play, and at the age of 13 him and his parents moved to Spain in order to build his career.
  5. How long have they been playing? He has been playing at a very young age, and then he decided to play in Newell’s his hometown! He has been playing for about 18 years.
  6. What position does he play for? His position is a football attacker.
  7. What does this player do on the field? That makes them so good? I like how Messi always moves into space and can easily take the ball from the other team just by popping in front of them and he is furious when it comes to running. I also like how he strikes the ball with both feet.
  8. Why do you enjoy watching this particular player more than others? I enjoy watching him play because he is my favorite player, and when he scores he scores with strength and accuracy, which makes the crowd go CRAZY!
  9. What are the 3 questions you would ask the player if you had a chance to interview them? How did it feel like having growth hormone deficiency? Are you planning on getting married? Is football your first priority in life?
