  2. “Typing” Project Timeline DEM Director Koon advises FEPA President Jerry Smith that Governor has directed “typing” project – January 17, 2012 DEM Director Koon announces “typing” project at FEPA Annual Meeting Closing Session – February 10, 2012 FEPA requests information from DEM on “typing” project status – March 6, 2012

  3. “Typing” Project Timeline • DEM (Evan Rosenberg) provides status report to FEPA: - March 10, 2012 • Internal DEM Work Group – 2 members from each DEM functional area (Response, Recovery, Preparedness, Mitigation) • Internal Work Group to suggest typing variables, response due to Evan March 19, 2012 • FEPA circulates DEM status report to County EM Directors – prompts discussion to include county EM on work group – March 15, 2012
