But beforesharing data weneed : • Data (and even more: up to date data) • Tools (interoperability) • Collaboration between data producers • Political agreement And if possible, all together! • At the beginning (2005) we have decided to priorize : • Collaboration between data producers • Build the technical system (server / clients / databases / networks) • And in a second time, progressively : • Work on the data • Build the politicalunderstanding

  6. Speciallinkwithgovernment : • Allowsome coordination (withouthierarchicalauthority) • Allowpoliticalsensibilization • Speciallinkwithinformaticdpt : • To implement the technical solution (server side) • To insert the solution inside the global infrastructure

The results • On the collaborative axis : • Manyworking groups, whichnow deal alsowith data quality • Publication of a magazine whichiswidelydistributed • Data producers are proud to have their data in the system (security, visibility, accessibility, ...) • All the data are in the central system communications working group happy user Projet web2.0 (social network) intranet
