Paper version of the ESPON ATLAS will be transferred to an interactive digital version Detailed insights into the maps and diagrams and its underlying data Downloadable maps and diagrams of the atlas for other purposes, e.g. for presentations, for teaching at schools and universities or for publications. The digital ESPON ATLAS will be implemented as part of the ESPON website, i.e. for a HTML web browser Offline version of the online version can also be put on a CD-ROM and might be attached to the printed paper version Options to download all datasets forming the base of the atlas and to download the maps as high-resolution bitmaps in standard formats (e.g. PNG or JPEG).  No online mapping-tool that would allow the user for instance to change map colours, legend classes or to combine any indicators to be displayed in map form.
