  • Pre-built Siebel CRM application

  • Is built on top of out-of-the-box Siebel 7.8 eCommunications (telecom vertical specific Siebel application)

  • Contains pre-defined business processes and pre-configured application specifically targeted to TSP(wireless & wireline telecom operators)

  • Helps in reducing Siebel implementation cost and go-to-market period
