Goals and Objectives • Goal • Increase the training efficacy of members of the C-CATC. • Objectives • Increase understanding about strategies (nuts and bolts-how to) of climate adaptation training. • Increase understanding of the diversity of perspectives within the group. • Increase understanding of cautions to consider when designing climate adaptation training. • Increase understanding of particular strengths of climate adaptation training strategies. • Reduce trainer fatigue. • Reduce training redundancy. • Increase climate adaptation training resources.
