Valid email-address unnecessary-just provide the email domain after the “info@”. • Select the sites you want to run. Enterprise users have access to all sites for an order. Otherwise you can only target a single site per order. • Add flight information. Validate available inventory once all parameters are set. Make sure to specify • Start/End dates • Placements • Campaign type-CPM/Sponsorship • Ad Unit-Mobile Web or specific Tablet size • Targeting if any • Add creatives • Submit flight and wait for e-mail approval. Please make sure all details are correct before submitting. Any part of the flight can be changed before Ad Operations approval. • Please wait the next business day for review and the scheduling of your flight How to change a creative • Navigate to the flight. • Select “Add Ad” • Fill out Ad information. Make sure the active checkbox is enabled. • De-activate existing ads. You may have to wait up to 20 minutes to deactiave an existing ad as the new ad can take a while to update. • Updates will occur within 20 minutes. How to modify an existing flight You can only change flights you and your team create. You cannot modify anything Verve Ad Operations creates. Delivery controls are locked when a flight is reviewed by Ad Ops and scheduled to run. To change delivery parameters, a new flight must be launched. The duplicate flight function simplifies this process. • Select flight • Select “Duplicate flight”. Please note the new flight will automatically transfer with the remaining units from the original flight. • Change any delivery parameters-placements, targeting, dates, CPM, • Submit flight. • When the flight has been approved, pause the original flight.
