  10. Board of County Commissioners Substantial Change Request Remove the direct access points from Porter Road for Tract 2. Grant a waiver from Section 38-1385 (b)(4) of the Orange County Code to allow a seventy (70) foot minimum lot width in lieu of the eighty-five (85) foot requirement in the Estate District for lots within Tract 2. Reduce the lot count for Phase III from seventy-three (73) to sixty-eight (68). Combine the original Park Tract R-3 and Park Tract R-5 into a new Park Tract R-3. Combine the original Park Tract R-3 within Parcel 02 with Park Tract R-1. Revise Tract D-1 Open Space to Tract D-1 Park/Open Space.

No additional entitlements are being sought with this request.
