  3. Summary • This book is about Will, Horace, and Halt running around chasing the thief Tennyson. Tennyson and his crowd of bandits go through towns taking their gold for their own good. But an ally of Tennyson is sent to kill Halt, Horace, and Will! The assassin is named Baccari and he uses a crossbow bolt to try to________ Halt and you shall see what happens in Halt’s future in the book Halt’s Peril.
