  2. Our President • He was our first president of the U.S.A. • He was a good leader for our country. He was a good leader!

  3. Born and Lived • Born on a farm in Westmoreland County. He lived in Virginia, Pope Creek. • Born on February 22, 1732.

  4. George’s Birthday • He is honored because he was the first president. • His first birthday was in the late 1700’s on Feb.22, 1732. He is a true hero!

  5. George’s House George lived with his wife Martha. They lived in Mount Vernon. There bathroom is in the garden. They had a 16 sided barn.

  6. Martha • Martha was a very rich women. • She was first married to a rich man and his last name was Custis. • She died and got buried by George. • She had two kids with the rich man.

  7. The Necessary • There was a potty that was out side and there were three potties in there. • There was a door, but why? There are three potties in there.

  8. Garden • The garden had a lot of pretty flowers. • It would be cool if I lived in the garden. • They had the necessary right by the garden. • There was a path lead to the necessary.

  9. The Ice House • There would be slaves that would go down to the Hudson River and get the ice and bring it to a Ice House. • They had to bring it because George liked his drinks cold. Good Cold Driks!

  10. Kitchen • The kitchen had to be in another house because they had to keep the fire going all day. • They had to cook all the meals in here and bring it into the house.

  11. The Barn • There was a 16 side barn people went and got food from the farm and they would go and take it the barn. • They would grain it with the horse hoofs.
