  1. Naming Key Issues – List of Naming conventions in use QAC Naming Conventions Sub-committee Meeting n.2 S. Knoops QAC TE(-CRG) representative – GCO CRG

  2. Someother key-Issues As seen in last meeting for the electrical cabinets, 2 positions were created in INFOR EAM for the same equipment (one by EN/EL and one by CRG) as the naming was not “compatible” -> a solution has been found and update of database is ongoing. We also have the creation of 2 assets in the INFOR database for the same equipment: one by CRG (e.gHCDFBAM701-CR000001) and one by HSE for the pressure “vessels”: CRPEMS-00250 in order to be able to create the inspection report with their program SAILOR. -> temporary solution has been found, as long as they are not modifying the SAILOR program: the document EDMS will be attached by hand by CRG to the right asset. But the CRPEMS asset is still existing (otherwise the report cannot be created). We do not have this problem for safety valves CRPSV-xxxxx as we decided to attach these assets to our functional positions Q%SV% for all our safety valves at the surface, and also for the pressure vessels CRRP-xxxxx were we did the same: we attach them to our functional positions QxD or QxV. This process was “logic” as there were no assets created at the surface. On the other hand, we have seen that some assets were created on the DFBs for safety valves and here we have decided to take the CRPSV-xxxxx and put “obsolete” the assets HC%-xxxxxxxxx. Nevertheless, HSE is having parallel databases and listings to the ones we are using for the follow-up of the 2-yearly/4-yearly inspections. This should be centralized in one database with one maintenance plan and the reporting should be “integrated” and not in an external database with only a EDMS document telling when should be the next inspection. This problem could affect SAFETY assessment and concerning methods, HSE should be involved in the discussions.
