  2. Why I chose this 6 week program • I chose this 6 week program for people of all ages, this 6 week work out will work upper and lower body muscles as well as your core strength and fitness. This 6 week work out is spread out so you work out 3 days a week so you have rest days in between, rest days are very important for your body to rejuvenate. The exercises in this 6 week program will challenge you in fitness, strength and power. By the end of this 6 week program your body should be toned and you should be fit. The key to losing weight is doing great exercises and eating healthy diet. This work out should be fun with a variety of different exercises.

  21. Results • I have now finished my 6 week program, I feel really fit and toned, this 6 week program was challenging and fun at the same time. The exercises were very enjoyable and you really felt the burn. I would do this 6 week program again soon.
