  2. Introduction • This project makes part of the category: Planning, organizing and developing an educational event or social service in favor of a community. • Involves the disciplines of emprenderism, social studies, economics and physical education. • Allow students to have an internal activity in which all of them are part in sports category. • Participation of all students in the High and Middle Schoolarea, to encourage such participation, we implement an excellent award to the winner for it to have a better reception. • The Inter-Classes tournament will be based on four sports: soccer, volleyball, basketball and Ping-Pong. • We obtained a very satisfactory participation by students in which they were motivated and interested in the tournament.

  3. Justification • Actually our school has a deficit in the sports program. • There is a sports program which is based in students with a high performance. • Students whose characteristics are not really athletic, have only the spaces of PE for practice sport. • Students can be integrated into an active participation during the tournament by participating on sports, leading or coordinating their teams to succeed and cheers. • Making the tournament will encourage those students of not high performance to practice sports and let asidetheir sedentary lifestyle that exists in them.

  4. “The mission of GI School is: To form well-rounded successful leaders who communicate effectively and confidently on a universal level.” • Relation with the mission: • Leadership characteristics are required from students who are competing, those who coordinate their teams and also the ones the ones who make cheers. • In our case we need to use leadership and an effective communication because we are carrying out a big event.

  5. “In the year 2020 we will be a community that educates for life through innovative and interactive methods that motivate learning.” • Relation with the vision: • Since we are educating our students to grow in sports with innovative methodologies such as the Inter-Classes Tournament achieving active participation by all, we have the relation with it.

  6. Investigative Questions • What impact would the implementation of an Inter-Classes tournament would have in the sports program of GI School? •  Is this tournament the right way to build motivation, interest and participation in GI School students?

  7. Objectives General Objectives: • Generate a tournament to improve the school's sports program, permitting students to have an internal activity in which all of them can participate on the sport aspect. •  Find a way in which students start seeing the Inter-Classes tournament as an event that motivates and its necessary. With this, the tournament willinstitutionalize making all students to participate.

  8. Specific Objectives: • Create bonds of friendship among students of the school making that the harmony increase between them in order to have a better quality of life within the GI School. • Promote sports to GI School students, showing them the facilities proposed by the school, that without exception all are part of it.

  24. Strengths: Threats: • Climate, changes a lot so you were not able to determine when will start raining. • Organization dates, the school has a very tight agenda. • Compromises from 12th grade course. • Contact we had with the sports almost throughout all our lives, our knowledge of each of the sports that were on the tournament. • As athletes, we care about the project because it represents a relationship with us. • We wanted to make a mark at school, considering that this is our last year at the institution.
