  6. Funding for our program comes from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Allegheny Foundation • Funded to assist businesses in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington and Greene counties GACO/GCAC Funding

Currently assisting 1,804 businesses • Assisted area businesses to obtain 58,602 contracts and subcontracts totaling $3,764,042,405 (01/18) • Per federal guidelines GACO/GCAC can be credited with creating or saving 87,883 jobs in western Pennsylvania since commencing operations in 1985 GACO/GCAC Statistics

Services Available at GACO/GCAC • Advising and assisting in marketing products or services to the government • Assisting with government registrations (SAM, DSBS, Commonwealth of PA Vendor Registration, Contracting Websites, etc.) • Providing bid opportunities through our bid match service for federal, state and local government contracts

Services Available at GACO/GCAC • Advising on bid preparation • Assisting with obtaining specifications • and standards data, past procurement • information and other technical data • for federal government work  • Developing profiles for our Subcontracting Match program and advising of subcontracting opportunities and contacts

  11. Services Available at GACO/GCAC • Conducting seminars and webinars for education and training in government contracting policies and procedures  • Hosting procurement fairs for face-to-face marketing opportunities with federal, state, local and corporate purchasing agents
