  3. What does it mean? • Plan means to take time to analyze your results and determine what you need to do for the business. It includes the following: • Determine a list of names to call tomorrow • Schedule case prep needed • Look at tomorrow’s calendar for how to best use your time • Evaluate how many appointments you have on the books and phoning for more if needed

  4. Others who agree • By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail. - Benjamin Franklin • In preparing for battle, I have always found that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable. - Dwight D. Eisenhower • Those who are unaware of history are destined to repeat it. - George Santayana • If you want to know your past, look into your present conditions. If you want to know your future, look into your present actions. - Buddhist Saying

  5. How can it help? • Provides a structured system for recording your activity • Allows you to evaluate and adjust your activity accordingly • Allows you to use your time more wisely • Decreases the stress associated with last-minute planning and missed action steps

  6. Questions to Discuss • How does your current state compare to the definition of posting and planning? • How could adding (or implementing more consistently) 10 – 30 minutes on your calendar to post and plan impact your practice? • What would the challenges be to fully incorporate posting and planning in your practice?
