  14. How does the Lead TD teacher support students? • Indirect Services • Direct Services

  15. Indirect Services • Lessons and activities are prepared by the TD Teacher in collaboration with the Classroom Teacher (contracts, projects, etc.) • Gifted identification is also part of Indirect Services provided by the TD Catalyst Teacher. Talent Development Department

Direct Services • Lessons for gifted learners that are the sole responsibility of the TD Catalyst Teacher • Lessons are developed and taught to gifted learners by the TD Catalyst Teacher • Twice a month or more during FLEX support • Demonstration Lessons • Small group instruction • Activities related to classroom instruction • Small group lessons (push-in / pull-out) Talent Development Department
