PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT College Center for the Arts LAS POSITAS COLLEGE April 19, 2010 • Project Team: • Architect: John Sergio Fisher & Associates • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff • Contractor: C. Overaa & Co Project Update: • The exterior siding, stucco and windows are 99% complete. • The interior of the building is 97% complete in segment "B" which is the facility offices and the rehearsal rooms. • The Black Box Theater and the Main Auditorium infrastructure elements are continuing and will be completed this • month. • The final concrete walk ways and ramp around the building and the Amphitheater are 98% complete. • The total project is 95% complete. • Occupancy Fall Semester 2010

PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Child Development Center LAS POSITAS COLLEGE April 19, 2010 • Project Team: • Architect: Beverly Prior Architects • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff • Contractor: Lathrop Construction Associates Project Update: • Exterior plaster complete on all buildings. • Installation of sheetrock continues in building B and has started in building C. • Rough grading for the OLEs has begun. Occupancy Spring 2011

PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Science Building, Phase II LAS POSITAS COLLEGE April 19, 2010 • Project Team: • Architect: Kwan Hemni • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff • Contractor: TBD • Project Update: • Added space for 4 classrooms on second floor. • Site layout and floor plan finalized. • Projected submittal to DSA in March 2010. Occupancy: Fall 2012

Occupancy: Fall 2012
