  2. Goal • To provide family physicians with reliable resources that will enable them to guide their patients to wellness information that promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Objectives Following this session participants will be able to: • list common problems presenting to family physicians for which patient education resources are available and necessary for optimal care. • readily access patient information resources concerning those topics. • use these resources to guide their patients to more effective management of a healthy lifestyle.
