  3. Background on Mexicana • 65 aircraft with 3 distinct IFE Systems flying. • Flights to North America, Central America, Caribbean and South America. • Longest flight is 11 hours. • Refresh all portable content on a monthly basis.

Content Availability + Licensing • Current AVOD Entertainment Offering: • Feature Films: 6 First Run Films • Short Subject: 5 – 6 Popular Shorts • 30 min and 60 minute shorts programs • Music Videos: 15 Popular International and Latin Artists. • 10 Channels of Regional and International Audio. • 3 Game Options

  10. Content Availability + Licensing • Current AVOD Offering Tailored Toward The Business Class Traveler. • Edgier Movie Programming Selections. • Popular Sitcoms Amongst MX’s Target Demographic. • Regional + International Music Entertainment Selections.

  11. Content Availability + Licensing • The Future Of MX AVOD: • The Goal Is To Attract The Elite Business Class Traveler By Offering Content That Is Tailored To Keep Their Attention And Capture Their Loyalty.

  12. Feedback Has Been Positive. Customers Enjoy AVOD Functionality The Content Offering Has Been Well Received. Occasional Failures Upset Passengers. Currently Working On Updating GUI. PAX Satisfaction

  13. Device Reliability - Then • MX Currently Owns and Operates Over 1000 Units. • Initial Technical Problems Delayed Widespread Distribution Of Units. • Current Focus: Keep Long Haul Flights Equipped. • Panasonic and Interact Worked With MX To Resolve Most Issues.

  14. Device Reliability - Now • Of The 1000 Units, MX Currently Has About 90% Of The Units In Operation. • Goal Is To Have 98% Reliability For These Devices. • The Current Focus Is Keeping 70% Of The Flights Equipped.

  15. Infrastructure for Content Loading • MX Currently Has 2 Content Loading Stations. • Located In Mexico City + GDL. • Currently Only Loading Content In Mexico City Due To Issues With Loading Stations And Devices. • Once MX Reaches 98% Reliability, Content Loading Will Begin In GDL.

  16. Infrastructure for Content Loading • Panasonic Support Through Content Loads. • MX Refreshes Content Monthly. • Panasonic Currently Have Staff Who Work With MX On Monthly Media Loads. • Until All Issues Are Resolved + MX Are Comfortable With The Process.
