  15. AN IMPORTANT POINT TO REMEMBER WHEN DESCRIBING THINGS.... FEMININE WORDS (UNE, LA), ADD AN “E” TO THE COLOUR . EG UNE ROBE BLEUE IF THE COLOUR ALREADY HAS AN “E” ON THE END, EG ROUGE, YOU DON’T ADD ANOTHER ONE. LOOK OUT FOR ANY COLOURS THAT ARE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN THEIR FEMININE VERSION, WHITE FOR EXAMPLE MASCULINE PLURAL WORDS (LES, DES), ADD AN “S” TO THE COLOUR. EG DES GANTS VERTS = GREEN GLOVES FEMININE PLURAL WORDS (LES, DES) ADD AN “E” AND AN “S” TO THE COLOUR. EG DES CHAUSSETTES NOIRES = BLACK SOCKS SO HOW DO YOU KNOW IF A WORD IS MASCULINE OR FEMININE?
