  1. Travelling to Dharamshala – The City of Beautiful Places Travelling to new places is a temptation that most of us can’t avoid. From various cities to natural wonders we all want to explore these lands to see and learn new things. And if you like to travel this year also and thinking about a place go then you can consider about visiting Dharamshala. Dharamshala is a beautiful hill station situated in Himachal Pradesh. And it has several tourist spots but Dalai Lama monastery where his holiness resides is one of the best places to visit near Dharamshala. There are also some other beautiful places situated in Dharamshala which are very popular tourist spot.

  2. Dal Lake and Naddi: From lower Dharamshala at the distance of 11 KM surrounded by hills and beautiful deodar forest Dal Lake is situated. For those trekkers who love adventure this place is the starting point for trekking and excursion. Tea gardens: Across the Kangra valley there is beautifully lined and organized various tea gardens in Dharamshala. It is the smallest tea region of India and the quality of the tea considered very good. Bhagsu Falls: The Bhagsu falls of Dharamshala are very beautiful eye catching waterfalls which are situated at a distance of 2 KM away from McLeod Ganj. You will really feel regretted if you do not manage to watch these majestic and grand waterfalls of Dharamshala which is enveloped by lush greenery and nature.

  3. BhagsuNath Temple: BhagsuNath temple is located at the height of 1770 meter above the level of sea just a little 1 KM further from Bhagsu Falls. The Bhagsu temple is also surrounded by beautiful pools and lush greenery of the nature and every year lots of devotees and tourists that are being attracted by this temple visit the temple. Tibet Museum, McLeod Ganj: This Tibet museum located inside of the Tsuglagkhang complex where his holiness Dalai Lama resides. This museum contains various collection of the brilliant form Tibetan art which include various documents of history, pottery, handicrafts and paintings etc.

  4. Namgyal Monastery, McLeod Ganj: This Namgyal monastery is also one of the magnificent and proud residences of Dalai Lama. This monastery is situated inside the Tsuglagkhang complex overlooking the beautiful mountain range of Dhauladhar. Triund: Triund is a trek which is 9 KM way from McLeod Ganj. This trek is located at a high place which gives a very amazing view of Moon Peak-Indera Pass to its adventurer. In you are looking for a great place for picnic then the clean and pristine environment of Triund is your best consideration.
