  1. How to register for the THEA

  2. First you need to do the following: • In your internet browser type, • http://www.southtexascollege.edu/ Click on “I’m looking for” under Resources and find “STC MARKETPLACE”. Look at the next slide.

  3. Click on STC MARKETPLACE. • Once you click on STC MARKETPLACE you should see the below image.

  4. The “STORES” will be the campuses available to take the exam at. Click on the one you wish to test at. • After you have chosen a campus you will be directed to a screen with several choices. From there you can choose what subject you are testing on.

  5. For example, if I click on STC Testing Center-Pecan Campus I see the following 3 choices.

  6. After you click on the subject you wish to test on, you should see something similar to the below image. Now select the date and time you wish to take it on.

  7. Make sure to look at the exact location of the test site. For example take the test sites below. These are two choices for the Pecan campus. One is in building M and the other is at the PECAN Plaza. Make sure to double check where the test site will be.

  8. Once you have made your choice for the test site click on “ADD TO CART.”

  9. If you don’t want to add anything else to your cart proceed to check out.

  10. Once you click on checkout you should see the screen below. Fill in the boxes with your information. If you have a username and password you can log in, if not then you can “CONTINUE UNREGISTERED”. It is your choice

  11. After filling in my information, I clicked on “CONTINUE UNREGISTERED” in the previous screen and I received the screen below. Unless you have a different billing address click on the checkbox below. Now you will need to enter the PROMOTIONAL CODE in the box below to receive this exam at no cost. Once you have done so press APPLY.

  12. Once you click on APPLY you should be redirected here. Now fill out the fields below and click on “REVIEW YOUR ORDER.”

  13. Once you have clicked on “REVIEW YOU ORDER”, you should see the following below. If you are satisfied with your selection proceed by clicking on “SUBMIT ORDER”.

  14. Finally you should be viewing your “ORDER RECEIPT”. jdoe@hotmail.com Print out your receipt. John Doe jdoe@hotmail.com

  15. This should be the end of the registration process unless you are planning to register for another test.
