No cost effective way to mix data and voice related functionality within one session. Unable to leverage global program and support simultaneous product / event launches across market within limited time frame Difficult to support individual enterprise needs for richer mobile applications Manual settlement process and no reliable audit trail to have potential revenue leakage for content / service providers • Complex and expensive content development • Lack of economy of scale (device limitation) for service delivery • No exciting mobile content, less profit for both CPs and carriers
