  19. 5 Cos How • Establish performance management systems with meetings for feedbacks, de-briefings, etc. • Encourage cross fertilization of expertise • Consultant’s expertise in design and supervision • Contractor’s expertise in buildability • Engage partners when formulating policies and practices.
