  1. PBS (phosphate- buffered saline) : 0.01M PBS 제조 (1) NaCL (FW=58.44g) 8g KCL (FW=77.56g) 0.2g Na2HPO4(Sodium Phosphate, Dibasic) (FW=142.16g)1.44g (부재시 Na2HPO4 12H2O)(FW=358.16g) 3.58g KH2PO4(Potasium Phosphate, momobasic) (FW=136.09g) 0.24g ddH2O 900ml에 넣어 stirrer해서 녹인다. (2) HCl 사용해서 pH7.4로 맞춘다(1M HCL 1200㎕ 정도 투입하면 가능) (3) total volume 1L가 되게 한다.(pH 맞추고, d d H2O로 용량 채우기) (4) Autoclave (121℃, 1기압, 20mim)한다. (5) RT에 보관한다.
