  2. First/Middle/Last Name Order(print one set) • In Skyward Data Mining • SLL Senior List First Last Name • Run to EXCEL • Use template field lengths • Delete Header • Delete grade level column • Save as V: Senior List First Last • Close Data Mining

First/Middle/Last Name LabelOpen In WORD • Open WORD • Tools • Letters and Mailings • Mail Merge • Choose Labels • Next: Starting document • Label Options – 5160 Address – click OK • Next: Select recipients • Browse • My computer Local C: senior labels first last • Click OK • Click OK on list • Next: Arrange your labels • Continue on next slide

First/Middle/Last Name LabelContinued In WORD • Click on More items… • Highlight First name click insert, close then space bar • More items… • Highlight Middle name click insert, close then space bar • More items… • Highlight Last name click insert then close • Update all labels • Next: Preview your letters • Next: Complete the merge • Edit individual labels… • Click OK • Save
