  2. Background Information • Fort Eustis North Village rezoned for Greenwood, Epes and General Stanford for the 2007-2008 school year • 294 new housing units at North Village with an estimate of 225 students

  3. Current Enrollment 2007-2008 • Enrollment • Greenwood – 710 (112 from North Village) • Epes – 526 (13 from North Village) • General Stanford – 490 (102 from North Village) • Student numbers from other Fort Eustis housing areas dropped (Thompson Circle; – 47 Students)

  4. 2008-2009 Proposal • Reassign Fort Eustis students at Greenwood and Epes to General Stanford • Capacity at General Stanford - 670 • Fort Eustis housing demolition winter of 2009 • Fort Eustis elementary student population will be zoned entirely for General Stanford as originally planned
