  1. Ideally, windows need to be washed twice a year, but it is a task that most people do not expect. Part of what makes the window cleaning is that homeowners insist they are made with paper towels or newspapers, a spray cleaner and a ton of elbow. "Anything you rub is not a good idea," says Robert, owner of Window Cleaning Alpharetta. "You just have to move the dirt from one side to another and in turn attracts a charge on the glass, dust and dirt. Once you're done, the window looks dirty again." As Weingard shows, it is easier and more effective to clean glass like the professional: with a squeegee and some other reasonably available tools. The techniques are not complicated, he says, and the results may surprise you. "I do not know what living rooms can transform so well. You do not know what you're missing until you make the windows," says Robert. Here are two 3-step methods; one for display windows and one for multipane windows. Do you have stubborn places? Step 7 will help you with that. Wash with a strip applicator Image windows call large tools. The long head of the cloth of a strip applicator swallows lots of soapy water and releases dirt without scratching the glass. For a Cleaning Services GA, only uses a solution of detergent in a bucket of warm water, the less foam, the better.

  2. Clean with a squeegee Start at the top left, pull the squeeg over the sea panel in an inverted S pattern (left initiators start top right). At the end of each stroke, wipe the fender with a lint-free cloth. Cloth diapers or old linen napkins are perfect for this task. Remove the remaining water on the edges of the glass with a wet, dry soap to moisten moisture without leaving any streaks. Dry the window sill with a cloth. Customize the squeegee To clean a split light window, you need a wiper blade that fits the windows. Weingard uses a hacksaw to reduce one. Cut the metal channel ¼ inch narrower than the window window, and keep the cutting edges gently. Using a sleeve knife, cut the rubber knife across the entire width of the panel and place it in the channel so that it touches 1/8 of an inch at each end. Scrub panels

  3. A hand sponge or high brush works best on multipurpose windows. Pressure Washing Cumming chooses natural sponges. "They are firmer and more absorbent than synthetics," he says. With the same solution as a Spray the liquid soap in the water, rub each window from left to right, top to bottom, work the edges of the sponge or brushes at the corners to loosen dirt. Clean with a brush Pull the scraper on each window in a single blow from top to bottom. Wipe the knife with a cloth after each stroke, without streaking. (If the brush bites a lot, add a little more soap to the water.) As above, remove any streaks on the glass with a sieve and dry the coins and goodbye with a cloth. Get rid of stubborn places Over time, the drainage of hard water from masonry or rain leaves the shadows of stubborn mineral stained metal windows in the glass, which can not erase normal washes. So after a regular House Cleaning Cumming GA, Weingard knew the glass and gently "supercleans" with fine 000 steel wool (if the pans are small) or with Barkeeper's Friend, which contains oxalic acid. (Other dust marks can scratch the glass or remove stains.) Dust is mixed in a paste on a damp towel, rubs the stains and then rinsed the glass twice to remove the residue. Even in this treatment, the coloration usually returns in about six months.
