Nehemiah Chapter 12 -- Sounds of Rejoicing Nehemiah 12: 1- 26 - Another list if names? • Do you have any present day heroes? • Heroes of the past – Zerubbabel led the first return from captivity • V7 – “In the days of Jeshua,” and in v10 - Jeshua’s family tree • We should not forget past heroes and learn from them • V24 ….. to praise and to give thanks, according to the commandment of David, the man of God, ….
