  3. www.foodstalking.com Indian Vegetarian Recipes • There are many different types of Indian Veg Recipes are available at FoodStalking like – Dum Aloo, Veg Handi and PaneerAdraki. • Recipe of Dum Aloo – • Boil and peel the potatoes and prick them with fork for them to soak curry inside. • Heat oil in a kadhai add jeera, bay leaf , red chilies, garlic, kaju , green chilies, turmeric and chopped onions. Saute for a minute and then remove it from the flame. Remove the bay leaf and blend rest ingredients into a smooth puree.

Keep stirring for 2-4 minutes. • Add salt, honey, cream and mix well. Let it boil for 2 minutes. then add potatoes and bring it to boil. • Garnish it with coriander leaves and crushed kasurimethi and keep stirring for 8-10 minutes. • After this it will ready for eat.

Cook till Onions turn Golden brown. • Add, rest of ginger, garlic & green chilly paste to th pan & fry it for 5mins. • Add rest of half powdered masalas, and Degimirch to the pan. Cook the mixture till the Oil separates. • Add the marinated mutton to the pan now, & cook it for 40-45mins on low flame with the lid closed. www.foodstalking.com

Indian Mutton Curry Recipes • Now, add the above cooked mutton to the pressure cooker and cook it till 2-3 whistles, and let the pressure release itself. • Now add the desired amount of water (as per the thickness of gravy) & let it cook (on low flame) till the mutton is tender. • Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it hot with RoomaliRotis. www.foodstalking.com
