  2. On-Line Virtual English Training Academy. • We are looking for Full or Part time recruiters in The Koreas, China, Thailand, Japan, etc. We operate at $25 per class hour. We usually teach 1 to 1 but we will accept up to 7 students per class. We also run normal school classes complying to the Department of Education rules maximum of 15 students per class. • We can cope with all levels of English our teachers are mainly cum laude or Masters in English Language minimum. Our supervisors have a Masters degree. • We can take basis informal conversation classes for practice in pronunciation etc. • Our Principal is a British Professor with experience in Universities in Korea, China, Hong Kong, Saudi, etc.

  3. WHAT DO YOU GET? • You get 1 fifth of the contract price!! • That’s 20% of the academy’s earnings!! • So if you recruit just 1 student at $25 lesson you get $5 for every hourly lesson taken. • If you sell just 1 hourly lesson at $20 you get $4 for every hourly lesson taken.

  4. Recruitment as a ‘Part Time Job’ Your first student You What does you student do? On average takes 4 classes a week Your student That’s $5 x 4 lessons week x 4 weeks month x 3 months = $240 for just recruiting1 student

  6. 1to1 or 1to7 options. • You can double up, or share class costs by having more than 1 student attend each class. • Checking with our webpage you can see updated classes and you can have requested classes added here. • Basic classes consist of any of the following base programs.

  7. Cheaper hourly cost per student • Example:   • 1 lesson with 5 students paying $15 each • That’s 5 students x $15 = $75 per hourly lesson. • That’s $75/100x20 = 20% = $15 • That's $15 x 4 hrs/week x 4 wks/month x 3 months = $720 That’s a very good ‘part time’ business.

  8. What do you sell? • Any educational course / subject in English. ie: • COMMON • See following chart. They are basic classes. The student can request the subject, ie beginners course on medical, or banking etc. • OTHER • Pronunciation and conversation, reading and understanding, IELTS, TOEFL, in fact anty educational subject.

  9. What do I do? • 1. Arrange a levelling test with each student (We supply to you) and then a half hour free class introduction and part lesson. • 2. After the introductory class fill in an enrolment form & letter of acceptance. (We supply) • 3. Fill in an invoice. (We supply) • 4. Arrange for payment by students to PayPal on the web pages. Note* teachers are assigned after payment. • 5. ** Return all completed forms to accounts and arrange the student starting dates with the academic administrator. • 6. Explain to the student how to enter the classroom via the academies webpage & confirm lesson dates and times.

  10. Other classes • There are a variety of other classes and options. They can be seen on our website. • The courses are not limited to those shown and we are flexible to student requirements.

  11. What Should you do? • To be successful you need to make some commitments the same as in any other business. (Business people work. This is the same. You have to work. However. Its easy with NO risk and the profits are huge!). Part time or Full time. • Choose your recruitment grounds. (Schools, Universities, Business/companies, Families, Wife clubs, Seminars, Word of mouth, Use school social media, web blogs, Education centre meetings, Forums, Student introductions, Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures, newspaper adverts etc.) It’s a huge area……….you can even use your own agents. • Have a meeting and share the opportunity. Explain the benefits. • Build a small retail business of about 50 students. That’s circa $50,000.00 year
